Easter

For Easter the Czechs and one Latvian drove to Chicago for reunion with Chicago Czechs :]Actually, the main reason was, that Voparilovi (former graduate from Bradley and his wife) are moving back to Prague for good. We wanted to say bye.

Martina, on the left, teaches German and Czech at Northwestern Uni as well.

Vlada is in the seventh heaven...We went for dinner to a Czech restaurant.

Roman is no way able to eat the whole thing :]

Neither we are.

Our czech community. In the back is sitting czech guy Martin, who graduated from Bradley many years ago and who works for Bank of America in London.

Marketa and Vlada are checking out Slivovice.

Lenka&Pavel are throwing a party to say goodbye their friends in Chicago. They are moving back to Prague in couple of weeks. (In the middle, green T-shirt)

Me, Vlada, Liva and Filip.

Czech "kolace" we baked with Marketa for Easter. Well, it was a half day job! But tasted really good. At least everybody said so.

The highlight was "kolac" with poppy seeds since it is hard to get in the USA. Americans allege that it causes you some halucination states.

Kolace kolace....

Little bonus in the end....Roman in pink :]

Pocitadlo:
